2. User Accounts and Registration

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Age Requirement: By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to subscribe to our paid services.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription models (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, 5-month plans).
• Payment: By subscribing, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless required by local law, all fees are non-refundable. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
